Who are we?

A better question is ‘why are we necessary?’

We look at Karl McCartney’s activity on Twitter. When he Tweets, we examine the accuracy of the information he shares, using trusted third-party sources wherever possible.

Whether our conclusions determine that Mr McCartney has Tweeted/Retweeted something accurate or inaccurate, our process is identical.

What would our identity tell you about such a simple fact-checking process? How would it alter the third-party sources you are free – and encouraged – to examine for yourself?

Our process should be everybody’s process. So, if you’re still asking who we are, the answer is hopefully: you.
